Repairs to the Recreational Boat Launch in Fourchon Expected to be Completed for Upcoming Golden Meadow-Fourchon Fishing Rodeo
The Port Commission is completing repairs of hurricane damage at Irvin P. Melancon, Jr. Recreational Boat Launch in preparation for the Golden Meadow – Fourchon International Fishing Rodeo to be held June 29 – July 1, 2006.
“The Port Commission has contracted Greater Gulf Construction, and we are happy to announce that these improvements will be in place for the Golden Meadow- Fourchon Rodeo,” said Ted Falgout, Port Director.
