LA 1 will remain open to SINGLE LANE traffic in a convoy behind law enforcement vehicles from south of the Golden Meadow floodgates to the LA 1 Expressway toll bridge entrance in Leeville. Drivers can expect delays while these traffic restrictions are in place.
